Six years ago I contacted the Lund Home .They sent me paper work to fill out and to send $100 check to do a court search of the adoption Proceedings ,which covered the court cost and to see if anyone was looking for me. It it also covered any Non Identifying information I was allowed by law at the time of my adoption. Any information my mother put on her paper work. during her stay there. In my case it was just a little background, no father name and very little to none of his background. She did list her name and her parents first name, and a little background. Little did they know Vermont records would be computerized, I cross referenced the names and ages ( my grandmother first name was not too common which helped ) and only one name popped that fit my bio mother birth Cert. Profile.
Start with calling The Lund Home and ask about getting the Non Identifying information from their records.
Good Luck!
