Baby girl born 2-1-1966 alexandria, Virginia. Adopted by Kerwin family & moved to Maryland. Bio mom maiden name was Baker. No other info known. In 1984, was contacted by young man stating he was my half brother, said he was adopted as well & lived in Pennsylvania. I regret not meeting with him.
