Thank you so much for your response. The date of birth is 11-22-26 and the name of the adoptive parents are Norwood and Minnie Brown. I don't have a copy of the birth certificate, but I could see if I could get one.

The adoption papers list the legal name as "Frankie Lee Hood", however that could have been a "Jane Doe" name. The adoption papers also says that the adoption was made by "a parents release" which leads me to believe that Frankie wasn't simply abandoned at the orphanage.

Also, I'm not certain of the place of birth only that the adoptive parents lived in Harris County and that is the county where the adoption went through county court.

Any help you could give would be most appreciated.
