My name is Don Boehner. In 1949 I was stolen by the TCHS. My mother was told I died at Wright's Clinic in Jasper, Marion Co, TN. I was secreted from Jasper to the Chattanooga TCHS, then to Memphis and Tann's Home, then to Nashville and on a train with Alma Watson to Los Angeles and my new parents. All the while my case history was being developed, signature of my mother forged, and juvenile civil action on my adoption virtually held in secret without due process. CA swallowed the whole mess and sanctioned the adoption, completed in CA in 1953.
Can prove all of these facts. Told Children's Services in Nashville I wanted a review of my adoption to have it revoked. Replied they had no basis to do that, good luck with that. Any recommendation for legal help? Published book. www.whateverhappenedtobabyjames.com .
