I am trying to locate information on my mom, Denise K. Phillips. According to the records we do have, she was born on or around 11 April 1950, in Yankton, SD. Her name at birth was Mary Ann Tongue. She was adopted by the Phillips family in 1954, in Binghampton, NY.

Unfortunately, this is all the information that we have on her. I have been unsuccessful in locating a family by the surname Tongue in South Dakota, and am unable to find any resources for SD births.

If anyone has any kind of lead, it would be greatly appreciated.
