I'm looking for my sister who was adopted in 1946-47 from south carolina by elizabeth hamilton and judge woodward but was born in augusta, georgia. there was 5 kids- mary, grady,doris, vance and sarah. our parent were nathaniel corley and wyona (dorothy) johnson corley. our mother in 1947 walked away from us and our father was not able to care for us so he gave us up to the state. this was at the time when children were being taken and sold, some were not adopted legelly, i wasn't. records are not accessable.i don't even know if sarah was told she was adopted, she would be about 70 years old now.

I have been searching thru the early years heard the sarah either lived in florida or california and grew up to be a rn. please i really want to find here she is the last of my siblings alive,if anyone know anything please contact.
