Scott Pugh was a friend of mine in the early 80's. He was adopted by a family in my town but for whatever reason it didn't work out. Would love to find Scott. Scott would have lived in Whitmire SC in the early 80's and attended Carver Middle School for a short time. He would be around 36+ years of age. I remember light brownish blonde hair and I believe he had freckles but my memory may be wrong.
