Dear Reg, Thank you so much for the information. The great news is that I have found my niece. I guess I may have missed a few sites while posting my Great News! I found her about 2 months ago, still residing in Rhode Island as I assumed, but her first name was indeed changed at the age of 6 years old,when she was adopted by her foster family. I was on the right track with most of the information and leads that were given to me by the most wonderful strangers I have ever met! She & I just had our first face to face and it was FANTASTIC!!
