She was born in Oklahoma. The only information we have is that she was about 17 or 18 and Married Delmar Sidney Sulzer on 08/27/1950 in Lakeview, Oregon, and gave birth to a little girl she named Norma Jean Sulzer on 06/10/1951 in Salem, Oregon.
