BC mean birth certificate
the Reed Polson was found at ancestry.com
The birth certificate for Reed Jerome Polson is the only child that appears in the Texas Birth records for those parents.I do not find any other child in Texas born to Dawn Ann Draper
the addresses found at ancestry.com can be old...
the info on addresses for Babette was also found via ancetry.com ...it indicates she was born abt 1948 maybe in April
ther are addresses for Kurt and Holly Gunckel also at ancestry.com

on Babette's SS ...it would probably cost you money to have a " Search"company/Private investigator run a search on the number..there are so many rip offs out there I cannot recommend one.

I will be looking some this afternoon..hubby wants the computer...
