I am hoping you can help. I am able to find the Birth Index Information from the birth, but not his adoptive name (my sister gave him up for adoption)

Date of Birth = 12/1/89
He was named Kraig L. Wiley
He was born at Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, Ohio
Cuyahoga County
I don't know if this will help, but the Volume is 43367 and the Record is 156803.

I have tried looking on the Birth Index, but you can only search online by a few different fields...which really sucks because it pulls up so much information. I was thinking of heading downtown to the library, but if you can help that would save me an 1 1/2 hour drive.
