I just replied about the length of time it took.
I thought the same thing about my bio. parents being gone. I am 38 and my parents were 43 and 33 when I was born. My mother is still alive, but my father died in 1987. My adopting parents were 42 and 41 when they adopted me and they are both gone too.
I have not heard from my mother as of yet, or my full sister that lives with her. Come to find out, my 1/2 sister was looking for me for about 2 yrs. And she was the one that I found first.
If you find out what the parents names are...let me know, I have a membership w/ ancestry.com and can check the social sec. death index. That is how I found out about my father. Then, I called the local library in his area, and got the obituary...named all of the kids in it...that is how I found everyone.
