Janna, Thank you for your response . We have sent for the unidentifying information in Bill's file. Have no idea what it will contain. If we petition the court, we have the orginal adopotion file number and that should help.Did it take the courts long to open your file after you filed your petition ? Thank you so much for such detailed information, I know it will be of use. My husband is still a leary of searching.
