Very good questions as I have had no luck getting the record I need. I sent money in to the NH Archives and I know the records are there some where. They kept the money, told me I needed the biological parents names and I got nothing. I wanted the record because I did not know the biological parents names. If I did ... I would not have needed their help. I am still searching for a way to get the answers.
