My mother's maiden name is Carol Ann Chase. I have met her as well as one of my 1/2 siblings and am now in touch with a brother that we shared the same father so we are 100% brother/sister. My birth mother uses the name "Ann" as her first name. The name given to me at my brith was Lena Dorthy Chase. There was no father named on my brith certificate, however, my birth mother knows who it is and has told me that "I don't need to know". Regardless, I am still searching and hope someday I will know more about myself.
