I know his name is Gene through my Confidential Intermediary (appointed by the state). I also know he is deceased, as this is what she found out when she tried to locate him. I have NOT been able to find an obit anywhere. She said he was from a small town, so perhaps there is no on-line newspaper, and that's why I haven't found anything out. What I know is.......he died in March of 2005 at home after a long illness. He had 3 sons and 2 daughters. He is predeceased by his father and a brother (only 1 I think) He is also predeceased by a sister (if I remember right) and he has 2 surviving sisters. She shared all of this with me directly from the obit. Of course, not enough info to know much else.....I should mention that his sister was contacted and it did NOT go well. Because of this, my intermediary won't contact any other family member because it might be constituted as "harrassment". This did not make me too happy as you can imagine, because I find it unfair that one family member can make the decision for all. Just because one is not interested, does not mean all of the others will feel the same........
