I am searching for the birth mother of the following siblings who were born in Dover or Somersworth, NN.:

1. Angel: born Nov. 16, 1994.
2. Brian: born Aug.3, 1997.
3. Samuel: born July 30, 1996.

It is believed that one or more of them could have been born in Wentworth Douglas Hospital. In 1999 they were in fostercare and then was adopted by their foster parents, the Guptill family in Somersworth, N.H. Any help at all would be very much appreciated.
