Hi Terri, I saw your reply you had on the Lancaster, Nebraska message board about "WHITEHALL". I am hoping you can help me out. I am trying to find the "go Between" in Nebraska or a name are phone number to anywhere or anybody who might know how I can go about finding out how to get info on my husband from the Nebraska Center for Children and Youth, "Whitehall". My husband was there as a youth in the 60s until he was placed in a foster home. If you can help in anyway it will be greatly appreciated.
