Thanks for posting that information. I checked the book I published in 1982, "Adoption Agencies, Orphanages and Maternity Homes--An Historical Directory." Page 306 lists an entry from 1978: Oppen Family Guidance Institute, Oppen Building, 400 22nd Ave, NW, Minot ND 58701. At that time, it offered adoption and unwed mother services.
