My mom was adopted. Birth mother's name: Shelby Jean Phelps; birth father's name: Moses. Moses died in 1957, before my mother was born, in an automobile accident (possibly involving a bus; sources differ). Shelby Jean died in 2008, so I can't ask her for information about him and I have no other sources. I believe both of my mom's parents were teenagers in '57.

Anyone know of an uncle/brother/etc. named Moses who died young and may have lived around the Grimesland/general Pitt Co. area?
