I believe Rufus Jr was actually born 6/10/76. If you
download the page on ancestry that shows him born 6/10/75
there is a notation that this entry is in ERROR. But
down in 1976 there is an entry that has been heavily
blottted that is almost surely his; the name is Owens.

Lisa's is there too but is blotted out which is why
you don't have anything come up with her name or dob.

And if you figure it out, there is only about 7 1/2 months
between her birth in 10/74 until 6/75 which supports the
fact that his listing for 6/10/75 would be an error.
