I know your posting says that you are looking for a sister that was born in Sept or Oct of 1969. Could she have been born in Nov?
My birth cert provided by my adopted parents reads that I was born in Worcester, MA in Nov of 1969.
I know I was in foster care for a while, but that is all I know. My adopted parents (adopted mother is deceased) claim they do not know where I was born or came from for that matter.

I guess a stork dropped me off.
