I was born in New Orleans, somewhere, in a closed adoption on October 30,1970. I, from unidentifiable information that I was given, have parents that were 17 & 19(?) and had brown hair and brown eyes and black hair and brown eyes. I am Irish and French. I was in foster care for 3 months before being adopted by older people who were moving to Slidell, La, last name Wagner.
