Do you know anything about the father? My Grandfather's wife(?)gave their son up for adoption in that time frame in New Orleans. He was a Merchant Marine. His name is Charles Joseph Puglisi 5/8/1923 born in the District of Columbia. He is Italian. He went back there many times hoping to find him.
