I received a Certified Record of Birth from the Commonwealth of Kentucky for my sister in law who has passed she was adopted.

I thought if I post the info maybe someone would see something I missed. In italic I written what does this mean can someone answer what does it mean for me. Maybe I am missing something that could lead me to my answers

I have no idea if she was a result of union between the two parents or if the parents married. I do know she was adopted.
