It would be good if you could go to a library that has the census available online.
I looked on 1930 census for any Lola Stephens living in KY
There was only two possibilities
1. born abt 1917 lived in Olive Hill CArter Co Ky
parents' names: Ben and Anna youngest brotehr Virgil might be alive born abt. 1912

2. Lola born abt. 1912 Harlan co Ky parents James A and Alice

I didn't have luck with Charles....there are so many
Here is one:
