Born July 4, 1962 at St. Anthony Hospital in Pocatello, ID. Put up for adoption at birth. Was told my mother was young & single and died by September 1962. (Not sure if info is correct) No info on my father. My adoption was done through an attorney in Pocatello. No agency involved.
