I do remember my dad talking about you. Call me crazy, but I think at one point (I was young), I asked if he was going to marry you because I thought you were dating...LOL For fun, I should pull out old letters he wrote to me, as I am sure you were mentioned in one of those. I always wanted him to find someone to love and be happy with, guess that's the nurturing side of me that didn't want my daddy to be alone.

I am at a dead end with my search for his birth parents. Idaho is a closed adoption state so its been difficult. I will probably end up hiring an attorney to petition the court to open the records,seeing as how all direct parties involved are deceased. I checked out the Facebook group you mentioned..no luck there.

Thanks for contacting me, its nice to hear from folks who knew my dad. On another note, if I find that letter I will let ya know:)
