Even though the person sought is not expected to be using the surname LOPEZ, I checked him out at the following free website :
http://anybirthday.com/search.htmI did not find him. Not too long ago, there was a link at that website to a related company that offered an interesting service for a fee. Unfortunately, I could not find the link today.
The company offered to post a list of everyone in their database born on any date you choose---an average of 3,300 Americans, with addresses which may or may not be current. Theoretically, you could have manipulated the list to show everyone with the first name Preston grouped together, or everyone who lived in Hawaii, etc.
Hawaii is said to have a mutual-consent reunion registry for adoptees and birth parents. Contact the Central Registry Supervisor, Family Court, First Circuit, POB 3498, Honolulu HI 96811. tel. 808-548-4601.
