I have been trying to help a friend find her birth parents. Deborah was born 5 March 1951 in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware.

Her birth mother was Carol Lee Chase. Carol Lee Chase was nineteen when she gave birth to Deborah.

The birth father's name may have been Richard Maxwell.

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.
