my maiden name is Reimuth, my paternal grandfather was George frederick and my grandmother was Annie Rathjen Reimuth. They were originally from NYC and moved to Clinton/Rhinebeck Ny. Although not in the DC area all the names you listed match family names of my father's siblings....Edward, William, George, Katherine, Margaret, Vera( Veronica)....as I was not raised with my family I have limited information.
