I have been looking for the mother of my great-grandmother, Eva Earley Washington, for several years now. I originally knew almost nothing about her when I started looking except that she was born sometime in November, 1927 and that she had a twin sister named Ethel and they were raised by their foster mother Helen Norville, since the age of 2 or 3 when their mother gave them up. Since then, I found out that Eva and Ethel were actually born in 1926, and I also learned the name of their biological father and found the names of his parents and siblings. But I have yet to find their mother. I was told that my Eva and her mother may have shared the same first name, but I can't be sure. I even once stumbled upon the possible name of their mother from another family tree, but that name hasn't led me anywhere so far. So now I've hit a roadblock. If anyone has any information concerning the mother of Eva Earley Washington (or Eva Earley Norville/Eva Smith), and Ethel Washington please reply so that we could exchange information.
