ISO dear friend's sibling that was given up for adoption in Washington DC 1945.

The baby was a girl, 'red hair', and the adoptive parents were named YODER.

The birth mother named: Betty. Betty lived in PA.
Birth mother traveled to Washington DC to deliver the baby and give her up for adoption.
Adoptive parents were named YODER.
It was in the spring, apple blossoms, probably April, 1945.
Washington DC
birth mother: Betty (last name used - not sure what name she used)

My friend, born in 1941 has many brothers and sisters, and a reunion would be such a relief as my friend has been looking for this baby girl for many years.
