I am hoping someone will know more to this story and be able to help me find my father's birth family. :)

My father and his identical twin brother were born in Denver, Colorado on June 20, 1919. They were taken in by a couple named Guy and Rose Smith in Wyoming through the Wyoming Children's Society when they were about 3 months old. The adoption was finalized in March 1920. The boys grew up in the Albin and Pine Bluffs area of Wyoming.

In 1935, the adoptees family asked Wyoming Children's Home if they could find any paperwork on the boy's birth family(or ANY papers at all). Apparently when they adopted the boys, all they got was the legal papers from the court documenting the official adoption. The Home did some research and all they came up with was this:

The boys were born in Denver, Colorado in June 20, 1919.
They were adopted through the Wyoming Children's Society in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Their birth parents were Samuel Roberts age 23, and Edith Roberts, age 19. The father, Samuel, apparently died either before the boys were born or shortly thereafter.
