To add additional information recently found - Ruth E Ray and Luther Neel are the parents of at least one child. The family traces are sketchie as their are many. Robin Lou Hall was adopted by Betty and James Higginbotham and renamed Robin Lee Higginbotham. Ruth Rays mother was Nora Ball - there are 8 siblings from Ruth Ray however all but one named Eddie were adopted or placed by the state. I find no information that shows any of the older children were returned to Ruth although that is what she wished.
