Do you know this person personally, or just from sifting through documents?
I was told some of this same info by an Adoptee Search Angel that there seemed to be a younger brother in LA county. Just nowhere near as detailed as this!
Facebook isn't letting me search this person for a photo which would be more telling before I try making contact;in a quick search he appears to be a Drug & Alcohol counselor and administrator, which would make LOTS of sense.

But I will file all this and have my wife research the hell out of it as we wait for the adoption agency to get back to us.
