I am also looking for information on Frances Pauline Lutes born 1916. I believe she is my grandmother my mother was adopted out in 1932 in Dallas Texas and on the papers I have show that Frances (Fannie) is her Birth mother.Please get back with me so we can compare notes on her we could be related.
