has a link to a pdf document to fill out and mail for ORIGINAL birth certificate. It does say that only the birth child can obtain this...it is thru the mail with no way to verify who is sending the request. I obtained mine a few years ago and am going to obtain my brothers (totally different bio parents) for his daughters to have. I hope you check this and receive this info
