I am the Robin Sunshine Owen mentioned by the writer above. First let me say I hope you have been able to locate your birth father. My father however could not possibly be your father as my father was last known to be alive in Laos May of 1968 and at that time was 30 years old.
His brother Henry died before 1970, and his brother Luther lived in Baltimore until several years ago when he died. He had a brother named William who lived in Kentucky and I don't know what has become of him. However given you were born in 1977 and your BF was 20 at the time, it would be impossible for my father or his brothers to your BF. I have no full brothers. My uncle Luther has a son Luke Jr., Henry had no children, and I think William only had a daughter.
