Im not sure if you are still helping people find their birth families etc.. My dad was fostered and his birth certificate shows a Joyce Sheppard (nee Hewings) as his biological mother and a Peter Albert Cubberley listed as the father, he was a petty officer in the Royal Navy ( i do have his number). The only thing i have found so far is Joyce was married to a Gilbert Sheppard. On my dads birth certificate too is an address 11 Foliot Avenue, Plymouth Devon. I am finding it hard but if there is anything you could help with please let me know. My dad passed away back in 1991 so am eager to see if he has any living blood relatives.
