I, too was adopted from Bogota....in 1954...birthday unknown...about end of Jan / beginning of Feb. No name, no exact birthday....from an orphanage called CASA DE LOS NINOS, in Bogota. My adoptive parents' surname was Reckendorf. I wa 6 months old when I left Colombia and went to the Canal Zone to live....for most of the next 33 years. I now live in Seattle , Wa. Looking for any info on how else to search for relatives in Colombia. Yo hablo espanol tambien. Not perfect , but enough to communicate.
