I was born at Presbyterian Hospital in Santurce, Puerto Rico in December, 1962. My birth father's name was listed as David S. Smith. My birth mother's name was Paula. I was adopted by an American couple living in Puerto Rico. I've been trying to find any biological relatives for quite some time with no luck. Any information would be very helpful.
