It may help if you give more details, such as when were you born? Have you contacted Bethany? Have you contacted Jigsaw to see if they can help you?

Bethany also took in paying clients, at least once upon a time - I don't know about their current practices. It was once a common thing to do, to go there instead of the public hospital.
