Translation was done Nov 25, 1955

She also has her adoption papers (Contract)--in the contract it said the birth register would be adjusted "confidentially"

This is the only information given. It did not give the mother's date and place of birth.
Is the birth certificate different than a certifidied copy from the birth register?
