excuse me for wording that wrong talbotrail...the point I was trying to make is that there is a process to acquire the information the birth mother is requesting...hence the link I shared with her...if the birth child has filed a Veto then it is in fact illegal for the birth mother to make contact...most people are unaware of this and by sharing the Gov't of Ontario link my sole intention was to give the birth mother the information she needs to educate herself on the process...my sincerest apologies for trying to help!
