Our father passed away November 2nd, 1956. Willie Pearl Left the area after the birth of our baby brother on April 30th, 1957. Spent a year in Fontana, California driving a cab for yellow cab company.
Sometime in the late 1950's or 59 or 1960 Married a James Lindsey who was stationed at the Marine Corp supply center in Albany,ga. then transferred to Ft. Hood,Texas. I beleive this is where they married. they were only married for a short time and divorced.
She worked for ideal or perless cleaners on Victory drive in Columbus,Ga. in the early 1960's. around 63 0r 64 went to tacoma, washington worked mainly as a waitress and or cook. was with a man named Frank last name unknown. he was stationed at Ft. lewis, washington. his hometown was ocean city, maryland.
last time she was heard from was early 1970's. rumors say shedied in texas. have not been able to very that in the 1970's. Got an e-mail on her from a mark davies. said he knew a willie pearl Lindsey who was having health problems that might be related to me. just got this 2 days ago and have not heard back from him.
Any help you could give me in verifying this information. or locating her would be appreciated. do know her birthdat and birth place is accurate and the fact that she lived in tacoma, washington area is accurate. last time she was heard from she was going by the name of Willie Pearl Lindsey.
