Hi, I am Debbie Rowe, but I was not born or adopted by the last name of ROWE. I married a Rowe...sorry to disappointed you but I Have to let you know this now before you get the wrong idea....there was some people who came by my house one early morning and knock on the front door, and my daughter answer the front door, and there were two older couples standing out in the front yard, asking for Anne Rowe, which is what I go by also....
You see, my twin sister and I were both put up for adoption and we were both adopted to the same adopted parents, but they are now deceased....our birthnames are :
Deborah Lynn Dougherty and Denise Elaine Dougherty, and our adopted names are Annet Lee Thornbrugh, and Janet Dee Thornbrugh, and we were born in 1957, in Pilot Point, Denton County, Texas. We were only 9 days old when we were both adopted....so we grew up together and we are very very closed to each other, ( my twin sister and I , that is )....
So in the year of 1978, I had married my husband of the name James Quentin Rowe....I'm sorry I wish I can be more help for you to find the person you are looking for and please don't feel embarrassed, as it happens to alot of people, but it's nice that you had asked me who I am and everything and I really appreciated your kindness....May God Bless you and your family....
