I recently found out I have a half sister. My father is her father. She was born around 1939-1943 I thought I found a birth record here with my fathers name listed as fathers surname. I also sadly found a death record for the same person. I actually called someone that was listed as her ex husband and he said shes still alive but wont give me anymore info. I talked to an aunt that is still alive and she said the birth year wasn't correct for this woman. I'm kind of stumped. Is there a way to just search a state or towns birth records by year with nothing more that a fathers surname?
