You have enough info on her to find an obit. Her name, the date she died, and where she died/lived when she died. If you contact the library in that town, they will know where the obits are for that time and will probably be able to look it up for you.
You could also contact the county in which she died and get a copy of her death certificate. See who the informant was. It's usually a family member.
I understand how frustrating this search can be. I looked for my half brother for 29 years before I found him.
