Hi Bonney
As mentioned in my long message at the end, I said my family wanted to remain anonymous. I hope my message has answered a lot of questions. I have a few questions. Did Brian's father [Dennis] know he was adopted or did this come to light after he passed away? Did Dennis have a happy childhood? I noticed a Ray also posted a message saying he was a brother of Dennis. Did Brian get into contact with him?
I noticed you had not logged into the Ancestry Notice Board for over 12 months, so I sent a message to the Salisbury Cycle Club to see if someone could pass on a message re Ancesrty website. I googled Brian's name today & saw a link under Facebook with reference to the Salisbury Cycle Club with reference to Brian, Bonney & then a Cody, so I knew this was the same Brian Chadwick. I then sent a email to the club to see if someone could pass on a message to Brian to look at Ancestry Message Board.
Is that why you responded?
What is so amazing is that my Mother's two brothers and their sons were involved in racing. My uncle "Bernie Harrison" who passed away about 1969 was a founding member of the Velocete Motorcycle Club. His son Dean Harrison nick name was "The Master" as he could make any part for a motorcycle. When Bernie Harrison passed away there was a 1/2 page article in the Advertiser.
I cannot seem to be able to log back into my GMail account, as I only set it up & am not that familar with Gmail. I shall try tomorrow.
Kind Regards
Carmel
